Haus of Her is a women’s working club in the heart of Wiltshire, created for women who want more from their working day than another café or traditional coworking space.At its heart is the idea of a circle -something whole, something shared, and a place for women to gather with purpose. A space shaped by consistency, community and the belief that good things happen when women are given room to focus, create and connect.Whether you’re working remotely, running a business, studying, writing, creating, planning your next chapter or simply carving out uninterrupted time to focus, the Haus offers a welcoming environment where meaningful work can happen.It is a place to meet like-minded women, share ideas over good coffee, celebrate progress and spend time in a space that feels considered, encouraging and genuinely useful.Book a morning, an afternoon, a full day or make the Haus part of your weekly routine. However you choose to use the space, you’ll always find a warm welcome and a place to gather, work and make progress.
Why the Haus Exists
Why the Haus ExistsI have always believed that the spaces we inhabit shape the lives we build. Not just the buildings themselves, but the atmosphere they hold, the conversations they invite and the people they bring together.For most of my adult life, I worked in structured and demanding environments. I spent twenty years in the Army and ten years as a paramedic. When that chapter of my life ended, I found myself having to work out what came next.I had ideas and things I wanted to build, but I also started to understand just how much my environment affected my ability to do them. Working from home wasn't always the answer. Coffee shops weren't either, and I wasn't looking for another office.I wanted somewhere I could spend a few hours working on something that mattered to me, around other women doing their own thing. Somewhere comfortable enough to settle into, where conversation could happen naturally, but where there was no expectation to network, perform or explain why you were there.I couldn't find it, so I created Haus of Her.What I hadn't necessarily anticipated was how much the women using the space would become part of it. The conversations, ideas, encouragement and connections that happen here aren't manufactured or organised. They happen because the right people sometimes find themselves in the same room.That, for me, is what the Haus is about.~ Kelli Banks
